Cheesecake is all of these and more for Cheryl Castle, founder and owner of Cheesecake Castle, who has nurtured a fondness for the specialty dessert for decades. What once started as a hobby, baking cheesecakes for friends and family’s special occasions, quickly grew into something bigger. Demand for simple flavors and snackable, delectable portions led to the creation of the “mini” cheesecakes we specialize in today.
While baking has long been Cheryl’s love language, she’s found that cheesecake has a magical way of bringing people together and providing comfort in a joyful indulgence of dessert.
